OCA Members are emailed a Membership Renewal package each year, to be completed before September 30th (OCA’s fiscal year is October 1st to September 30th).
In the years that camps have a Standards Visit, they will also receive a confirmation letter that Fall of their Membership status based on the results of their Visit.
