Using evidence-based peer-mediated approaches, the Camps on TRACKS program supports adult leaders to teach children the skills to be better friends to their peers, building a camp environment where all children are included, belong, and are meaningful participants. This program helps to encourage friendships between peers by breaking down any stigma and barriers that may exist. We currently have FREE online and in person training thanks to the Ontario Trillium Foundation. This training is great for anyone who works within camps, schools, recreation, sports, or wants to add more training to their resume! The training’s are FREE Ontario Wide and will be available until the end of August 2019. After that, there will be a small fee for the training. Therefore, we are trying to get as many people trained as possible before the end of August 2019!
